In the winter of 2018, I took an extended trip to the Colorado Plateau in hopes of chasing winter storms. Watching the weather forecast from my camp outside of Kanab, Utah I tracked a storm hitting the Grand Canyon, so I packed camp and made the drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon just in time to catch this spectacular sunset over the pinnacles and domes of the Grand Canyon at sunset.
