Joseph Rossbach Photography is fully licensed and permitted in the National Park.
This is going to be a fun and action packed day as we shoot from sunrise till sunset in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! We will start the day off at a scenic overlook photographing classic Smoky Mountain Ridges (hopefully with some fog and atmosphere) and then jump right into photographing streams and rivers in the park. Around 10am, we will come out of the park for a much needed break to grab a late breakfast or early lunch. In the afternoon, after a short break, we will be in class for 2 hours where Joe will discuss and demonstrate his image editing, specifically for Mountains landscapes and waterfalls/streams. After class, we will be back in the park shooting streams, waterfalls and woodlands until the light fades around sunset.

Recommended Gear:
- A DSLR/Mirrorless Camera (film shooters also welcome)
- Lenses ranging from 14mm-300mm
- A sturdy tripod
- Circular Polarizing Filter
- Memory Cards
- Camera Backpack or bag
- Laptop loaded with Adobe Lightroom and or Photoshop (optional for following along in class)
- Water Shoes or Waders for working in and around rivers and streams
Lodging:
We are currently working on setting up the group rate. We will have this completed by no later than late April and you will receive information on securing a discounted room rate.
Booking:
The full amount, 395.00, is due at registration. Cancelations will only receive a refund if we can fill your space on the workshop.
