Workshop Schedule:
Day One: Meet and greet at our hotel in Killington, Vermont starting at 2pm followed by an afternoon/sunset shoot.
Day two and three: Each day we will be out early to shoot sunrise followed by several hours of exploring colorful scenes in the forests, farmlands and river and streams in the Green Mountain and beyond. We will gave a short break mid day for a meal and rest. Each afternoon we will be back in the forest again shooting amazing fall photos leading up to a hopefully amazing sunset in the evening.
Day four: After a sunrise/morning shoot and breakfast back in town, we pack it up and head over to North Woodstock, New Hampshire (approx. 2hr drive). We will get together at the hotel in North Woodstock at 3pm to then head out for an afternoon/sunset shoot in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Day five and six: Each day we will be out well before sunrise and until after dark chasing the autumn color and light across the White Mountain National Forest and other small parks and outdoor locations in and around the White's. We will either have small afternoon breaks for meals or eat together if we are in a location that day that is a fair distance from our hotel. The idea is to be out chasing the fall colors and getting as many amazing images as possible.
Day seven: This morning we will meet at 7am to go over post processing techniques in both Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Joseph will be specifically tailoring this informative development classroom to processing autumn images using special techniques to achieve amazing color, depth, sharpness and tonal separation in the final image. The workshop will conclude at 10am in time for folks to check out and make any afternoon/evening flights they may have.

Physical Difficulty:
There will be no strenuous hiking involved during the workshop and most locations will be close to the road. Some locations, however may involve a short hike of less than a mile with no serious elevation gains. We will be spending a lot of time shooting along streams and waterfalls that will require scrambling over rocks and down hillsides. The terrain in the mountains can be very uneven and sometimes slippery along streams and rivers. Hiking boots and a modest level of health and fitness will greatly enhance your experience. Participants should be able to carry all personal photo gear (backpack, tripod and layers) comfortable for at least 2 miles round trip.
Booking:
A deposit of 500.00 USD is required to secure a space on this workshop. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of this workshop. There is no refund after the final payment has been made (unless we can fill your spot). Please see our cancellation policy for more detailed information.
