Cathedral of Spring, Tremont

Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Graceful branches arch over the Middle Prong in Tremont, forming a luminous green canopy above the flowing stream. Spring unfolds in layers of motion and light—each leaf catching the season’s promise, each ripple a whisper through the forest’s hush. Moments like this are why we return to the Smokies.
