Joseph Rossbach is a full time photographer based out of Maryland, although Joe's assignments and workshops take him all over the country and internationally. Area: The Ultimate Outdoor Adventure Guide), been published in some of the worlds leading magazines, books and calendars such as Outdoor Photographer, Natures Best, Backpacker, Nat Geo and Popular Photography. Singh Ray Filters — The best filters on the market! I have used Singh Ray filters on many of my best selling images over the years.
Tokina Lenses — Great glass for landscape photography. I currently use the Tokina 70-200mm for many of my intimate landscape images.
Nikon — I have been using Nikon cameras and lenses since I started out 20+ years ago. In my opinion, Nikon makes the best cameras and lenses in the industry. I have used the system for every image in my portfolio and published works.
I launched my photography career at the ripe age of 19, over 21 years ago now, working at first as a freelance sports and events photographer in the Mid Atlantic while mastering my passion for the craft of landscape and nature photography with every free moment of time I had. Just before my son was born, I decided to take a leap of faith, and become a full time pro landscape photographer. Over the first three years I managed to co-write two books on Landscape Photography, get published in some of the worlds leading magazines, books and calendars. In 2006, I launched Adventures in Light Photography Workshop and have been educating and inspiring thousands of photographers since. I now live and do much of my photography in the Southwest. I am always looking to expand my appreciation of the natural world and find new and exciting locations in the West and beyond. Thank you for visiting and being a part of my journey as a photographer, artist and explorer. Best of light…
