West Virginia Waterfalls Spring Waterfalls & Vistas Workshop/Tour

The tour will begin on Thursday evening at 6pm with an opening slide show/class presentation catered with drinks and appetizers.  On Friday, Saturday and Sunday we will be in the field all day from sunrise until sunset shooting a variety of locations from mountain top vistas to waterfalls, lakes and streams. On Monday morning the workshop will end at 10 am after a morning sunrise shoot. We will also have ample time in the classroom for photo critiques and post processing software training. We will be shooting a lot of waterfalls and streams on this tour, so please come prepared to get wet. We recommend waders and river sandals.

Highlights include rushing streams, pristine waterfalls, spring foliage, meadows filled with early morning fog, two visits to scenic Bear Rocks to catch sunrise and sunset light, rugged Blackwater Canyon, ample field instruction, spirited critiques and a three hour classroom session discussing Joe’s workflow and processing techniques using Adobe Photoshop.

Weather: Average highs in the low to mid 60′s and average lows in the mid to upper 40′s.
