What’s In the Bag

I am often asked what equipment I use and I usually respond that what is in your bag is of the least importance. Rather your personal vision and execution of technique is what matters most. I stand behind that statement, but will admit that equipment is an important and essential piece of the puzzle. When in the field, I tend to travel light usually carrying no more than three lenses, a camera body, tripod and small selection of filters. Depending on where and what I am shooting will dictate which lenses I carry along for the day. When on the road traveling in my personal vehicle, I bring everything I own in my over sized Lowepro Pro Trekker 600 and use my FStop Camera bags for day hikes and overnights.
