I recently spent ten days shooting and leading workshop in the Great Smoky Mountains. Known as wildflower national park, the Smokies lived up to it's reputation with amazing flowers, blooming trees and rushing spring streams. Upon arriving the forests had yet to green up, but after only two warm days and plentiful sunshine the foothills and forest flowers came to life in a abundant display of spring color. Below are a few of my favorite images form the trip. Click any image to see a larger view.
